Terms of service

These terms govern your use of bankableplan.com (the "Service"), published by KIPDEV, a company registered under SIREN 884 120 890. By using the Service you accept them.

1. What the Service does

The Service generates a business plan document and an accompanying financial model from information you provide and from published public data. It produces four files: a PDF plan, an editable Word version, a one-page summary, and an Excel workbook containing the financial model.

2. What the Service is not

The Service does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting or immigration advice. The documents it produces are projections and drafting assistance. They are not an opinion on the viability of your business, on the suitability of any financing, or on your eligibility for any programme or visa.

No outcome is promised. KIPDEV does not promise, guarantee, or in any way assure that a loan application will be approved, that financing will be offered, or that any immigration filing will succeed. Lending and adjudication decisions belong entirely to lenders and to government agencies.

No affiliation with any agency or lender. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or approved by the U.S. Small Business Administration, any other government agency, or any lender. References to SBA programmes describe the format the document follows, nothing more.

3. Accuracy of what you supply

The financial model is computed from the figures you enter. If those figures are wrong, the projections built on them will be wrong. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide and for reviewing the output before you rely on it or submit it to anyone.

4. Public data

Market figures come from public sources, including the U.S. Census Bureau, the U.S. Small Business Administration and the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Each figure is cited in the document. Public datasets are published with a lag and with suppression rules; where a figure is unavailable or suppressed, the document says so instead of substituting an estimate. We do not warrant that public data is free of error.

5. Price and payment

The complete plan costs $299, charged once, in U.S. dollars. Optional add-ons are priced separately and shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices shown on the site at the time of purchase are the prices that apply.

6. The free preview

Before any payment you receive, at no charge, an executive summary and a market analysis built from your own inputs and your county's data, together with the complete computed financial model including the debt service coverage ratio. If the model shows a coverage ratio below 1.15× we tell you before checkout. You are free not to buy.

7. Licence to the output

The documents generated for you are yours. You may use, edit, and submit them for any lawful purpose, including loan and visa applications. You may not resell the Service itself or offer it as your own product.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to produce documents containing information you know to be false, to misrepresent the Service as endorsed by any agency or lender, to attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication, or to submit automated traffic.

9. Availability

The Service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Generation depends on third-party services; where a dependency is unavailable, generation is refused with an error rather than completed with missing or invented content.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KIPDEV's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost financing, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
