Privacy policy

KIPDEV (SIREN 884 120 890) is the data controller for bankableplan.com.

What we collect, and why

What you type into the form. Business name, industry code, ZIP code, city, the amounts you are asking for and investing, your operating figures, your name, your years of experience, your background, and your email address. We use this to build your plan. It is the whole point of the Service, and we cannot provide it without this information.

Your email address. Used to identify your plan so you can come back to it, and to send you your files and receipt. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Payment data. Handled by Stripe. We receive a payment confirmation, an amount and a charge identifier. We never see or store your card number.

Technical data. IP address and request timing, used for rate limiting and to prevent abuse of the generation endpoints. Aggregate page analytics are collected through our own analytics service, kipstats.com, which is operated by the same publisher and does not sell data or share it with advertising networks.

Advertising click identifiers. If you arrive from a Google Ads click, the click identifier is stored with your plan and reported back to Google Ads when a purchase completes, so that advertising spend can be measured. It is not used to build a profile of you.

Legal bases

Performing our contract with you (building and delivering your plan, taking payment); our legitimate interest (preventing abuse, measuring advertising, improving the Service); and legal obligation (keeping accounting records).

How long we keep it

Plans and their generated content: 24 months from creation, then deleted. Accounting records: as long as French tax law requires, currently ten years. Rate-limiting records: 30 days. Cached public data: up to 30 days.

You can ask us to delete your plan sooner. Write to hello@bankableplan.com from the address you used, and we will delete it within 30 days.

Who else processes your data

Stripe (payments, United States and Ireland), Anthropic (the language model that drafts the written sections, United States), Hostinger (hosting, European Union), Google (advertising measurement, only if you arrived through an ad). Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on standard contractual clauses.

What we send to the language model: the answers you typed and the computed figures. We do not send your email address or your payment details.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your business plan with anyone. We do not use your plan to train any model.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@bankableplan.com. You may also complain to the CNIL (France) or to your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and you have the right to know, delete and correct. The same address handles those requests.

Cookies

We set one cookie: a signed session cookie that links your browser to the plan you started, so you can come back to it. It is strictly necessary for the Service to function, lasts 30 days, and carries no advertising identifier. Our analytics does not use cookies for cross-site tracking.
